Rates and Payment

Fares for quoting and prepayment are estimated using information from Google maps; however, there may be additional charges upon arrival at the final destination due to unplanned activities such as wait times, additional stops requested by the passengers, detours, returns for forgotten items, etc. A taximeter is used to determine final charges.

Payment may be by via:

A 35% deposit (minimum $15) is required for the ride to be dispatched. The deposit is refundable if the ride is cancelled more than 72-hours prior to the original scheduled pickup time.

Mileage rates:

1-4 passengers: 

$3.83 per loaded mile (Miles 30)

$1.91 per loaded mile (Miles 31+)

5-7 passengers: 

$4.21 per loaded mile (Miles 1-30)

$2.10 per loaded mile (Miles 31+)

Glacier International Airport Access Fee: $5.00 per trip to/from airport

Long Distance Pickup/Dropoff fees: 

Due to the rural nature of Montana, rides may require drivers and vehicles to travel large distances with no passengers to/from the pickup/drop-off locations(s).

For prebooking, the rate is determined using the estimated time from Kalispell (W Idaho St and N Main St) to the drop-off and/or pickup location minus the initial pickup ten minute allowance for local runs.

For ASAP rides, it is determined using the assigned drivers current location.

1-4 passengers: $1.00 per minute after 10 minutes

5-7 passengers: $1.25 per minute after 10 minutes

Stop: $5.00 per stop (up to ten minutes)

Waiting: $0.50 per minute

• Prebooked rides start at the scheduled arrival time.

• Prebooked airport arrival pickup starts 20 minutes after gate arrival per Flightaware.

• Prebooked train train arrival pickup starts 10 minutes after station arrival per Amtrak.

• Stops begin after the 1st ten minutes

Personal Driver, Charter, and Tour:  

1-4 passengers: $60 for the first hour then $15 for each 15 minutes afterward. Minimum 1 hour.

5-7 passengers: $75 for the first hour then $18.75 for each 15 minutes afterward. Minimum 1 hour.

Concierge (Shopping): Mileage/Time rate plus 20% surcharge on the purchase not including tip or tax (minimum $5.00).

Parcel/courier: Mileage/Time rate plus $5.00 per item

Large Item Transport: Mileage/Time rate plus $15.00 per item
